Human Bingo: Create bingo cards with interesting facts (e.g., “Has traveled to three continents,” “Speaks more than one language”). Attendees circulate the room to find people who match the facts and sign their cards.
Speed Networking: Similar to speed dating, attendees have brief, timed conversations with multiple people. After each round, they move on to the next person. It's a quick way to break the ice and make connections.
The Marshmallow Challenge: Provide teams with spaghetti, tape, string, and a marshmallow. The task is to build the tallest free-standing structure with the marshmallow on top. This is great for teamwork and creativity.
Emoji Story: Ask participants to introduce themselves using a series of emojis that represent their life story or interests. This adds a modern, playful twist to introductions.
Memory Wall: Set up a wall with sticky notes and pens. Participants write down a memorable event or achievement in their lives and stick it on the wall. Others can read and discuss these memories.
Who Am I?: Write famous names or character identities on sticky notes and place one on each attendee's back. They must ask yes/no questions to figure out who they are.
Common Ground: In small groups, give attendees a few minutes to discover three things they all have in common. This encourages conversation and finding connections.
Desk Safari: Have attendees use their webcams or phones to create fun scenes involving their surroundings (e.g., pretending their pen is a lightsaber). Share these in a virtual meeting for some laughs.
